I am so tired right now, but seriously, if I could, I would tackle you and CLING. I've missed you- International Bug of Mystery (so called it on that! You *were* hopping all over the place) And I'm, I'm going to cling from a distance. Okay? Because I know I'm not good about writing on here - honestly, none of us are so no guilt to anyone. Deal? - but you two are with me all the time. Actually talked about you today, so there.

Love having you back, Whit. Deb, I'm so sorry to hear about your mom. Having your joints go is tough. I don't know if they have it in her area, or she would even be interested, but I have to recommend tai chi. It could really help. There's a woman in my class, Patria, who had back problems from a degenerative bone thing. Her doctor gave her six months and said she'd never walk again. That was 5-6 years ago, and she's one of the best people in the class - completely flexible, strong. It can do amazing things if you're willing to put in the work. And, as a plus, a lot of insurance companies reduce your payments if you show proof you're enrolled in a tai chi class. One of my dad's co-workers, her doctor sent her to tai chi (she has something that affects her ability to breathe, but I can't remember the name)

Anyway, just, putting it out there. But heading to bed now, will write more later. Love to all.

Soooo, I'm sitting here bored and alone. Mom's in Nashville this week for work. She has to go every other week for..well I guess eternity. She got a promotion so she's gone ALL the time. I'm not too happy about that. I'm planning a course of action.

Tyler is really enjoying working for Flaunt magazine. He's about to have his name published in the little credits area. I think he's being listed as an assistant coordinator, or technician, or shit...I don't know. He assists with the layouts for the mag, so whatever title that requires. I'm SO proud of him. Makes me tear up a wee bit just thinking about it.

Gah, these Jack Link's beef sticks are rocking my world right now. So good.

I had a really good weekend. I got to see my friend Robert aka "Chief". He's been in Iraq for the last 7 months and he's finally home. Thank goodness. Me and all my peeps hung out Friday night for Amanda's birthday and again Saturday night kind of as a going away thing for Chief. He's having to go back to wherever he's stationed in North Carolina. We had grand times filled with lots of nonsense. I wouldn't have it any other way. haha...

I realize my post is all kinds of random, but I thought I'd just jump back in like I was never gone.
:)
Also, here's a picture of Jenna and Nik. I don't know if y'all remember Nikalas. He was probably just a baby the last time you guys saw him. But anywho, I just wanted you ladies to finally see my little sister. Whew, still feels weird calling her that.
