Ok, so I had NO idea that you had posted, Mama...I kept signing on to here and seeing last post Aug 24, and thinking it was mine...duh, retard...I should have actually OPENED the blog...
Job search is now over...I'm working at BlockBuster...Asst. Manager. Very cool...It's nothing compared to running my own store like I did in Texas, but it's a start! Things are better with Webb...he realized himself that he wasn't helping out much and starting taking over a lot of things, I pretty much now just pick up around the house and do the Mommy/Malachi thing, which is our bedtime ritual. Eat, Play, Bath, Bed. It works for us :)
Asking your dad about the ARMY thing would be great, Mama...I know he has an 'Other Than Honorable' discharge, but his papers are around here somewhere and I can find out the exact code, gimme a bit. lol. Great to hear that Daddy-O is back home though...where he should be!
I'm all for your theory on the Bug though...gotta be something like that...she seems like the underwear model type...lol...Although, I think we pretty much ALL are :)
As far as the weight loss...my doctor recommended that I think about Gastric Bypass Surgery. I'm iffy on it though. The pro's make a lot of sense...heart disease, diabetes, and high blood pressure on BOTH sides of the family, plus the fact that my blood pressure was dangerously high before, during, and right after I was pregnant for Malachi...weight is VERY hard to keep off when you have high blood pressure, and it would lower my risks of diabetes by about 70% to keep it off, and I've tried damn near EVERYTHING to lose it and it. just. isn't. going. Very frustrating, let me tell ya. My sister-in-law had the surgery recently and she seems to be doing great, but the con's are big too...I didn't like HAVING to have a surgery, so volunteering for one is just weird. You can't have a baby until two years after, so that messes up Webb and my plan for our kids, there are risks with the surgery, just like any other one...and I don't really know if I'm willing to take those risks. I've done a lot of research, and it seems like a good thing for people that need it...and at my height, I should be at 110 lbs...not 180...gross. It's like the weight came...and now I can't get it to go away...any thoughts or opinions on the surgery? Help.
Glad you got to spend some QT with Wexy! Sorry, I still can't spell her name. What did you guys do to pass the time in good ole' Wisconsin? I miss it!! We had fun there...Webb and I were just talking about SummerFest the other day...I told him I would take him one day...lol.
Gotta go...sleepy!!
