Oh My GOD! I'm on wedding OVERLOAD...Cake, Venue, decorations, invitations...Lord help me!!

July 21st...that's the date...finally, after much deliberation and rearranging. Still not sure if Webb's family is even going to make it! But you guys still have time to get dresses, BUT...something to think about, if you go to David's Bridal and they either don't have the dress you want in your size, or in the colors you need, it takes about 6 weeks to come in, THEN another 6 weeks if any alterations need to be made. Candace's dress JUST got in...so yeah...takes a while.

Any completely un-planned, un-annouced trips to LA by my wonderful and INSANELY missed girls would be greatly appreciated! LOL...Mama...Can't wait to see the hair! If anyone can rock it...it's definitely you! And Buggy...LOVE LOVE LOVE you and kudos to Ashton!! Girls are a lot prettier than guys, but I love my Webb. Oh and I would have whooped up on some non-English-speaking-ass for slacking on the alcohol! LoL...Speaking of...Any preferences for alcohol for the wedding reception?? I'm trying to get special things for the special people!! =)

More later. Malachi sends big kisses to the Aunties!!!!!

Love Love Love!

That's a good question. When is the wedding?! Me and my mom were just discussing that a couple days ago.

Back to another post: yes, a carp is a fish (I noticed on Thursday though, that the bar spells it 'Carpe' whoops) Carp are basically overgrown goldfish. I don't really know anything else about them.

I'm really sorry about your friend. I don't know what else to say- I'm finding these situations leave me overwhelmed with feelings, but robbed for words. Mostly I just wish there weren't so many of them to begin with.

Yes, I remember Sarah. Sadly, only because she's Korean. But! Once you said that I got the picture in my head of her in her driveway, smiling, so there :P I remember *something* I'm shocked I remember Clint (skipping to your other, BUT related, post) so be proud. Not completely old senile yet.

How goes the storm shelter? It's been windy as fuck up here so I'm in a tornado state of mind. Thankfully not in much of a tornado state, but it does make my pretty hair fluffy which is a disaster in and of itself. Harkens back to the days of old when I had my baby white girl fro. The good old days...

My camera gas gone MIA. Anna is not amused.

lol So it was a *lot* like Los Portales! I remember getting my 'water' and nearly choking on it. Sweet tea is not water, people! But you getting stiffed on alcohol? That's a little silly. I almost said 'they could have just *asked*' but then I remembered the whole no habla englais. Maybe try ordering and showing ID at the same time? I don't know, I've figured out the coffee guy, but that's where my mastery ends.

Well I wasn't expecting that. Good for Ashton. Not 'omg wow she's gay! Good for her!' It's just nice that, living in such a teeny town, that's so religious, she accepted it in herself and found someone. And kudos to you for being an awesome friend. Totally knew you were, but it never popped into my head to question how you would handle a close female friend suddenly having a girlfriend.

Deb's pretty well taken care of, but I'll go on record as not being of the girly loving persuasion. They are pretty, and generally a whole lot cleaner than guys, but I yen for the men. lol That should be a bumper sticker- I YEN FOR MEN *shakes head*

I really do though. I'm starting to think good ones have gone the way of the dodo. It's not encouraging. But I am curious to see if I attract a different kind of guy with the short hair.

Sarah's birthday was yesterday so we, Sarah, Ashton, and I, went out to El Patio, much like the Los Portales I took y'all to... I think I took y'all to it. Anywho. We ordered some Strawberry Daiquiris and they gave them to us virgin, which wasn't cool. So we sent 'em back and got them with just about the tiniest pinch of alcohol imaginable. But we didn't say anything else because I think our waitress, who didn't speak a lick of English, thought we were crazy. So after El Patio we hit up the liquor store and I bought about $40 worth of goodies. We came back to my house and sat out on the deck because it was such a beautiful night. So it was me, Sarah, Ashton, Clint, and Amanda. Oh.. and Ashton's girlfriend Jessie. Yeah, you read that right. Girlfriend. She finally told me at dinner that she'd been seeing a girl for 2 months now. I was shocked, to say the least, but I got over it real quick and was very supportive. My mom however was devastated. But we're all thinking it's a phase because sometimes people go through that. I mean, there are people who are truly gay and then there are people who experiment because they‘re at a crossroads in their lives. I believe Ashton is very much the latter. Nonetheless, I really wanted to meet Jessie so I made Ashton invite her over. Needless to say we got along famously and she was a quiet but fun gal.

All in all, I had a really great night last night. Oh and Friday night I saw 300. Um, not too sound cliche and spout the most overused phrase of the century, but that movie truly was a visual masterpiece. And I've never seen so many rock hard bodies in my life. It was glorious. I came twice during the movie. lol... Okay I didn't but that's only because I didn't wanna scare everybody around me.

I love my ladies. I can't wait to see pics of your new do Anna. Debbers I hope you and Malachi are doing great!
xoxo
