I've been studying the directions to get down to the great state of Louisiana and it seems fairly easy. *Knock on wood* But it says it'll take about 9 hrs and some odd minutes, but when you take the 2 hrs it allotted for us getting to Memphis, well I can make that trip in 1 hr 35 min when traffic's good. And it's a straight shot pretty much all the way, and I have a lead foot, but don't worry I'll be careful since I have precious cargo onboard.

Anybody besides me watch the Daily Buzz morning show on the WB? I've been watching it for almost a year now and I'm just smitten with every second of it. I even won prizes off of there! hehe. But anyway, they were talking about this new thing the other day called tanorexia. Pretty much is what it says, people who roast themselves to crisp. I just thought it was really clever. I don't know why, but ya know, I am easily amused.

Random Comment: I ordered a laptop last night. I'm excited! I stayed with Gateway, mainly because this big fat piece of turd is still running after 7 years.

Well, I'm gone to lay in the hammock and roast my skin. Love you girls.

Important Note: I thought I would give any and all info. ya'll could possibly need to reach me. May be a little over the top, but it's better safe than sorry.

You can do either...It would probably be easier to just get directions to Franklin, then you could call me when y'all got here and I can give you directions to the house.  They've been doing a lot of construction and I think it would be easier if I just gave you directions...not that it's difficult to get here, Franklin is a tee tiny town.

I'm really sorry to hear about Ashton...what about student loans? Financial Aid has been a bitch with me too, but we finally got it all figured out.  I think I have like $500 worth of student loans so that Mom and Dad don't have to worry about tuition and can concentrate their money on the things I'll need there...like books, lol, might need those.

Love Love Love

Well, Ashton can't go to Union with me because when we got our bills in the other day she found out she didn't have enough financial aid to pay for school. I feel really bad for her. Plus, she didn't apply to any other schools.

The whole advice about contentment really struck me. So I've been praying for contentment instead of happiness. Strangely, I've had a very nice past two days.

Yay for the cellies. And I need to know where you want me to print the directions to exactly. Whether directly to your crizib or somewhere right outside of your town so you could meet us somewhere. I'm just really anal about travel and directions.

Peace ladies.

Ok, I SO need to reply to y'all blogs, but I have to go jump in the shower...Mom's waiting on me.  But while I'm thinking about it, I want to make sure that you guys have my new cell phone number so that you can call me next week when everything starts happening. (lol.Yay!)  Ya know, gimme a call when Mama gets to Memphis, and when y'all leave to come here, that way I can keep in touch with you guys while your driving.

More Later, Promise!!!

Awww moodiness is fine. I'm moody, Deb's moody, we deal. It's good to hear that your medication is helping, though. I can understand wanting to be happy - do you ever have days where you feel like you can't remember what it feels like? I hate those days - but wanting to have it for a long period of time... isn't all that realistic. Or healthy. I wish it was because that's exactly what you deserve and exactly what I, we, want for you, but.. simple truth. Happiness is meant for moments. Try to be content. It's like happy, because it's positive, but it's not so high or so much. When what you're feeling isn't so extreme it's easier to feel that way longer, know what I mean? Like being really happy or really pissed off doesn't usually last long, but being sort of happy or sort of ticked can last for a long time. Does that make any sense? Do I ever make any sense? I just- I love you, Whit. If I ever sound preachy, I really don't mean to, please know that. It's just that.. when you try so hard to be happy, you're setting yourself up to be depressed. Don't expect so much, don't aim for such an extreme. I don't know who it was, but I remember someone telling me that happiness isn't a goal, it's something that happens along the way. So just find the things that make time fly, learn to believe what you know, trust yourself, free yourself... it'll happen.

*deep breath* And now to the not so serious things *hugs Whitney real quick* I do you love you, Bug.

Justin and I don't need couples therapy *playfully smacks Whitney* We're just really different, there's still a lot of adjusting. I'm really happy, though, because I've never done that before, adjusted. Every other relationship I've had, and I know Peter's the only other serious relationship, the first sign of trouble and I was out of there. I never fought because I never stuck around long enough. And with Peter... I can't even imagine fighting with Peter, the idea seems almost absurd. But with Justin... we work through stuff, a lot of stuff, and we're better for it. He understands me better now, and vice versa, which is really nice because as necessary as it is sometimes I hate fighting with him. It makes me sick, I just hurt and - it's not a fun thing to do.

We're really happy, though, and there's so much I'd say right here but I want to wait (my fingers desperately want to wait) till I see you - I'm going to see you!!! *happy Anna dance*

Hello to my wonderful ladies! Thank y'all for the birthday wishes. I feel so ancient. (Twenty's gonna be cray-zee).

I totally get what you're saying about Justin. I don't know how well I can put it into writing, that I understand, but just know that I know. For me, if I don't get a problem resolved there is all this lingering anxiety, resentment and, like you said, confusion about the message from the other person's side because I'm always misreading people. You have every right to want to get it settled though. Y'all should go to couples therapy! LoL

Deb, I hope things get better for you and Damien, and yes, we will all have a big girly talk when Anna and I arrive. (Yayayayayayaayay...the excitement) If he gets too stupid before we arrive, just tell him to straighten up or else I'm gonna get my brass knuckles and have a chat with him. LoL....I'm so violent these days...and for the record, I really don't own any brass knuckles.

I'm going in and out of being happy but that's normal for me. My new mood stabilizer, Lamictal, is working pretty well. I just wanted to be happy for a long period of time though. Not just a day or two. I just want to forewarn you guys that if I'm moody at any point on the trip it's nothing y'all did. I just have issues.
So anyway, I'll talk to you girls later. Love and Hugs!
